Return and replacement policy 
Given the sensitive nature of our nutritional food products, items are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order?

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or has missing items, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share a picture of the packaging and product(s) with us at care@kidvediks.com or connect with our Chat Support team.
Once verified, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup and either provide a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.

Please note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. The standard 7-day return policy does not apply to such cases.

Are there any specific return guidelines for certain categories?

Nutrition Products:
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following rules apply to returns:

Products must be in sealed, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
Used or opened items cannot be accepted.
Issues such as flavor preferences, minor taste differences, or side effects like rashes or headaches will not qualify for returns. Please consult a healthcare professional before making a purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with.
Items with missing serial numbers or packaging.
Combo packs sold as a set cannot be returned as individual units.

How can I return an item and arrange for a pick-up?

To initiate a return:

Contact us via email at care@kidvediks.com or through Chat Support (Monday to Saturday,10 AM to 5 PM).
We will arrange a pick-up service at your convenience.
If a pick-up isn’t feasible, you may return the item via SpeedPost courier. Share the tracking details with us, and we’ll reimburse the courier charges once verified.
